The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer :- "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent concerned to take action on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 18.10.2025 (Annexure No.5 to this writ petition) and removed the unlawful obstruction/Nuisance create by the land Mafia (respondent no.6 to 8) and open the public road for use of public in village Garara, Post Kosma Hinud, Tehsil Ghiror, District Mainpuri, in Gata No.5828 Rakva 0.040 Hectare area 0.0057." 2. From perusal of the record, it is clear that the petitioner wants relief against the private individuals namely respondents no.6 to 8 which cannot be granted under writ jurisdiction.
