By means of this writ petition the petitioners, who are running marriage lawn on the land Gata No. 236 regarding which there is a private dispute also, have challenged the order dated 10.02.2026 by which Nagar Palika Parishad, Mahmoodabad, District- Sitapur has asked them to stop operation of the marriage lawn for the reasons mentioned therein which include non sanctioning of Map, absence of requisite permission etc. 3.
