After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he shall approach the State Government under Section 48 of the U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916 against the Chairman, Nagar Palika Parishad Bilgram, District- Hardoi, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty aforesaid. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid but only in so far as it may be permissible in law and if there is a cause for approaching the State Government under Section 48 of the U.P.
