By means of this petition, a prayer has been made to direct the District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the order dated 25.08.2025 passed by the U.P. Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Lucknow and the recovery certificate dated 20.12.2025 issued by the Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority for recovery of the amount of Rs.35,77,922/- from respondent no.5. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of finally with direction to the District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the recovery certifi
