The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned approval order dated 30.09.2025 passed by respondent no.3 and auction dated 20.06.2025 recommended by respondent no.4, by which fishery lease of Gata No. 1091 area 0.3360 Hectare recorded as Pond situated in Village Laxminagar, Pargana Vinyakpur, Tehsil Nautanwa, District Maharajganj has been granted and approved in favour of respondent no.6 (Annexure no.1 and 2 to the writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to cancel the auction dated 20.06.2025 recommended by respondent no.4 and approval order dated 30.09.2025 passed by respondent no.3 of fishery lease of Pond Gata No. 1091 area 0.3360 Hectare situated in Village Laxminagar,
