Court No. - 6 HON'BLE PRAKASH PADIA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "(I) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Appellate order dt. 08.10.25 passed by respondent no.2 and impugned order dt.14.11.23 passed by respondent no.4 (Annexure No.1 & 2 to this writ petition respectively)." 3. The aforesaid orders were passed in the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that against the order passed against the petitioner under Section 24 as well as 24(4) of the Code, 2006, the petitioner has a remedy to approach the authorities as provided under Section 210 of the U.P.
