The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "(I) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Appellate order dt. 08.10.25 passed by respondent no.2 and impugned order dt.14.11.23 passed by respondent no.4 (Annexure No.1 & 2 to this writ petition respectively)." 3. The aforesaid orders were passed in the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4.
