Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Shri Anagh Shukla, learned counsel, who has put in appearance on behalf of Lucknow Development Authority by way of filing his 'vakalatnama', which is taken on record and the learned State Counsel. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief (s):- "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to disturb possession and title of the petitioner on the plot no. 163 and 178 situated in village Bhadewa, Tehsil & District Lucknow and also recognize the title and possession of petitioner thereon in the interest of justice." 3. Second part of Relief no.1, as sought in the present writ petition, cannot be considered nor granted. However, the first part can be consi
