It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit requisite amount but the some breathing time be granted. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit the aforesaid Bank Draft before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Pilibhit within a period of ten days along with certified copy of this order and a representation seeking the relief sought in the present petition be also submit within a period of two weeks from today.
