The petitioner seeks a mandamus to the opposite parties for extending the benefit as granted to him by the District Consumer Forum/District Consumer Redressal Commission, Agra vide its judgment dated 24.06.1995 passed in Case No. CF-1092 of 1992 filed by the petitioner's mother. 2. There is a procedure prescribed in the relevant Consumer Protection Act for execution of such judgment and order. We see no reason to entertain a writ petition that too after so many years, as essentially what is being sought is execution of the judgment dated 24.06.1995 referred above. 3.
