It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that restoration application filed by the petitioners dated 17.02.2018 in Original Suit No.268 of 2006 (Heera Lal vs. State) has been allowed and the order dated 28.06.2017 was recalled. It is further stated that next date fixed in the matter was 16.02.2026. 3. After going through the aforesaid instructions it is argued that the prayer no.b) is concerned, the present writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
