It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that the District Magistrate concerned be directed to decide the representation submitted by him, expeditiously. 3. When a query was raised by the Court regarding the locus of the petitioner, it is very fairly argued that the petitioner has no locus to file the present writ petition. 4. Hence, a prayer has been made to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. 6. It is made clear that no liberty whatsoever has been granted to the petitioner to file the fresh petition for the same cause of action. (Prakash Padia,J.)
