By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief (s) :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to complete the auction proceedings being held for allotment of pond having Gata No. 141/4.546 hect. & 142/1.699 hect. Village- Baisada, Tehsil- Fatehpur, District- Barabanki." 3. Counsel for the petitioner says that repeatedly advertisement is being issued for auction of fishery rights in respect of pond bearing Gata No. 141 and 142 situated in Village- Baisada, Tehsil- Fatehpur, District- Barabanki, but the same is being postponed or cancelled. 4. Let the petitioner approach the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned who shall look into the matter and do the need
