Application under Section 25/26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No.2 namely Tehsildar, Tehsil- Ghosi, District- Mau on 19.05.2023, copy of which is appended as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. 2. It is argued that on the said application certain remarks were made by the revenue authorities on the same date but till date the number has not been allotted, hence the present writ petition. 3. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally, directing the Respondent No.2 namely Tehsildar, Tehsil- Ghosi, District- Mau to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid application, strictly in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as private-respondents.
