By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief (s) :- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to provide electricity connection of 5 KW to the premises of petitioner Plot/Gata No.1036 situated at Village-Jindaur, Rahimbad, Hardoi Road, Malihabad, Rural, Lucknow, as the petitioner already applied for the same bearing Application No. J4059157101 (commercial 5 KW), and ready to fulfill all the formalities." 3.
