Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited of which M/s Tanda Winding Cell is a wing that the recovery certificate enforcement of which has been sought in this writ petition was stayed by an interim order passed in Writ Petition No. 3143 (M/S) of 2003. On 08.07.2014, the said writ petition came to be dismissed for want of prosecution and interim order was discharged, however, thereafter an application for recall of the said order and restoration of the writ petition has been filed which is pending. Counsel for the petitioner claims ignorance about these facts. Computer record reflects pendency of a recall application. 3. We are not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. 4.
