HON'BLE ABDHESH KUMAR CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The writ petitioner raises a challenge to an order dated 13.10.2025 passed by the U.P. Shia Central Waqf Board. 2. Against the said order, there is a remedy under Section 83 (2) of the Waqf Act 1995 as amended up-to date. The quorum of the Tribunal is not complete as yet, therefore, it is non functional. Nevertheless, in view of the proviso added to the Section 83 (2), if there is no Tribunal or the Tribunal is not functioning, any person aggrieved may appeal in the High Court directly. Therefore, the statutory remedy is available to the petitioner before this very court albeit as an appeal. Let the petitioner avail the same as per law. 3. We see no reason to entertain this writ petition in view of the aforesaid. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. . (Abd
