The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Phoolpur, Pargana-Sikandara, District Prayagraj to decide Case No.85 of 2020 under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code 2006, within stipulated period. 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that as per provisions contained under Sub- Section (3) of Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, such kind of applications should be decided within a time bound period. Sub Section (3) of Section 24 reads as follows:- "(7). Every proceeding under this section shall, as far as possible, be concluded by the Sub-Divisional Officer within three months from the date of the application. 4.
