It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that an application under Section 32/34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.4-Upziladhikari, Mariyahun, District Jaunpur in the year 2023, copy of which is appended as annexure-1 to the writ petition but till date even the regular number has not been allotted hence present writ petition. 2. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.4 will register the aforesaid case in accordance with law and will pass appropriate orders on the same expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. 5.
