After his death, a notice has been issued by the Sales Officer, Cooperative, District Lucknow as annexed by the petitioner at Page- 12/13. The copy of the notice, which is impugned, is photocopy from the newspaper where it has been published. Copy of the newspaper is also placed on record. 3. Although on the last date, Standing Counsel appearing for the State submitted that the instructions were not very clear, today, based on the same instructions, it is informed that the initial notice was issued to the father of the petitioner when he was alive.
