Regular Suit bearing No. 1751 of 2025 is already pending in respect of the property in question. Further, in respect of the said suit a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India was filed wherein some orders have been passed for disposal of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC on the next date fixed i.e. 09.02.2026 etc. 3. It is alleged that in the meantime, the opposite parties are proceeding to demolish the temple existing on the land in question which is the subject matter of the suit, therefore, some protection be granted till temporary injunction is considered.
