To Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature MANDAMUS directing Respondent No. 2 to accept the NOC granted by the trial court and release/restore the petitioner's valid passport. ii. To issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing Respondents to Permit the petitioner to travel abroad as per the trial court's permission order from 03.02.2026 to 08.02.2026." 3.
