Proceedings under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated by the private-respondents against the petitioner which was registered as Case No.1284 of 2016, Computerized Case No.T20160635041284. In the said proceedings, an order was passed by the Respondent No.3 on 07.02.2024 in favour of the private-respondents. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, the petitioner has preferred an appeal as provided under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which was registered as Case No.1209 of 2024, Computerized Case No.T202406350401209. The said appeal was dismissed by the Respondent No.2 namely Sub-Divisional Magistrate, (Judicial) Tehsil Kalpi, District Jalaun on 10.10.2025. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 3.
