Along-with Revision filed by the petitioner under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which was registered as Case No.428 of 2025, an application for the grant of interim protection was also filed. 2. It is argued that though the revision was admitted but till date no decision has been taken on the application for the grant of interim protection. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the Respondent No.2 before whom the aforesaid revision is pending be directed to pass appropriate order on the application for the grant of interim protection, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally, directing the Respondent No.2 namely Additional Commissioner, Judicial, Kanpur Division, Kanpur to pass appropriate order on the application
