Act regarding Khata No. 38, 41, 44, 45, 55, 57, 76, 180 Village- at Chandena Koli, Nagarl, Tehsil- Devband, District Saharanpur, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondents not to distribute the Form-23, till deciding the petitioners' objection of U.P.C.H.Act, under section 9 (2) (Ka) pending before respondent no.2." 3.
