Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2, to decide the revision no. 144 of 2024(Smt Anita Devi Vs. Land Management Committee Malak Bharat And Others) Pending Before The Board Of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by petitioner arising out of proceeding under Section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before respondent No.2-Board of Revenue U.P. Allahabad/Prayagraj. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition in
