Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3069 of 2022 (computerized case no. AL20220242003069) (Ranjana Singh Vs. Brijesh Kumar and others) before respondent no. 2 (The Board of Revenue U.P. at Allahabad) expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by respondent No.3 impleading the petitioner as opposite parties arising out of proceeding under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before respondent No.2-Board of Revenue, U.P. Allahabad since 2022. He further placed certified copy of the ord
