The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to decide the Second Appeal No.1997 of 2023 (District Moradabad), Sirazuddin Vs. State of U.P. and others within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second appeal filed by private respondent arising out of suit under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before respondent no.2 since 2023. He further submitted that petitioner is opposite party in the aforementioned second appeal pending before respondent no.2.
