The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Stay Application filed in Revision No.REV/576/2025 (Fatte and another vs. State of U.P. through Collector, Mau and others), under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 3.
