Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "issue a direction to decide the Appeal No. 473/964 (Rajesh versus Kamlawati) under section 11(1) of U.P. C.H.Act 1953 situate at village Pandrah Pargana Sikanderpur Purvi Tehsil Sikanderpur District Ballia within stipulated time bound period as expeditiously as possible which is still pending before the court of learned Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Ballia, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4.
