Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to respondent no.2/ Consolidation Officer, Sikandarpur, District Ballia to decide the Case No. TB26/CO (Virendar Vs. Magani and others), under Section 9A(2) of C.H. Act dated 13.02.2024 (as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition), filed by the applicant/contesting respondent no.4, in respect to the Khata No. 1456A, situated in revenue Village- Pur, Pargana- Sikandarpur Purvi, Tehsil- Sikandarpur, District Ballia, pending before him expeditiously and within a period, so prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 4.
