The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia for the following reliefs:- "I) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the learned Consolidation Officer, Chitbaragaon, District-Ballia to decide the case no. 711 (Old No. 438 of 2017) and New No. 186 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. 20205415959050), under Section 9K(2) of Consolidation of Holdings Act (Chhabila and others Versus Rambadan and others) pending of Consolidation Officer, Chitbaragaon, District Ballia since 22.11.2017 expeditiously if possible within stipulated period. II) Issue any other suitable writ order or direction in which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
