Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No. 2/Settlement Officer Consolidation, District Jaunpur to decide the Appeal No. 1357 + 1194 [Godawari Vs. Meera Devi] and [Abdul Kareem Vs. Meera Devi] under Section 11(1) of the U.P.C.H. Act after deciding the Substitution Application of deceased Sheetla @ Abdul Kareem Son of Lochan within stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
