Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Muneshwar Singh, learned standing counsel for the state-respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, commanding respondent no.1/Board of Revenue, U.P., U.P. at Prayagraj to decide Revision No.2076 of 2022 (Udai Narayan Singh vs. Harendra Rajbhar and Another), under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within the stipulated time. 3.
