Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ayoob Khan, learned counsel for the private respondent No. 5, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents No. 1 to 4 and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has shown his grievances against the order dated 13.10.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, whereby the revision filed on behalf of Meera Devi (respondent No. 5) has been allowed ex-parte. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has advanced a solitary submission that the Deputy Director of Consolidation has allowed the revision ex-parte sans opportunity of hearing accorded to the present petitioner. In this respect, the petitioner has taken a specific plea in paragraphs No. 14, 15 and 16 of the instant writ petition. 4.
