The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, commanding respondent no.1/Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to decide the Second Appeal No.34/2003-04 (Computer Case No.AL2004142999182) (Ram Hari vs. Narendra Nath), District Ghazipur, under Section 331(4) of the U.P.
