Instant writ petition has been filed assailing order dated 28.9.2025 passed by Consolidation Officer under Rule 109 of UPCH Rules, 2006. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of instant writ petition on the ground of availability of the alternative remedy to file an appeal before the Settlement Officer of Consolidation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not refuted the submission advanced by the learned Standing Counsel qua availability of the alternative remedy. 4. As such, instant writ petition is dismissed, being not maintainable, on the ground of availability of the alternative remedy to approach before the superior court under the provisions of Consolidation of Holdings Rules.
