Instant writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 06.01.2026 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, in pursuance of the remand order dated 10.02.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the instant writ petition on the ground of availability of an alternative and efficacious remedy to approach before the revisional court against the order passed in appeal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not refuted the submission advanced by the learned Standing Counsel. 4.
