Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation (in brevity 'D.D.C.'), whereby matter has been remitted to the Consolidation Officer to decide afresh. 3. Prima facie, it appears that there is a dispute with regard to the correction of land revenue entries pertaining to plot no.2595 and 2559. The D.D.C., while remanding the matter to the Consolidation Officer, has observed that it would be appropriate to remit the matter for deciding the case afresh in respect of plot no.2595, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, namely, Dwarka Singh, Gyan Singh, Bablu, Shyam Lal, and the Gram Sabha etc. The Consolidation Officer is also expected to scrutinize the relevant revenue record.
