Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 (Settlement Officer of Consolidation Mau) to decide the restoration application dated 16.08.2024 filed in Appeal No.660/14-15 (Ram Nayan Vs. Rajeev and Others) under Section 21(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
