Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents may be expedited the Revision No.590/193/2026, under Section 48 of C.H. Act Village Sujaula, Tehsil Handia, District Allahabad (Dayaram & Others Versus Sakhtha Prasad & Others) which has been pending from 23.11.2020 before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Allahabad in the interest of justice." 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 5.
