Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent no. 2 (Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh), to decide the Restoration application dated 10.12.2019 for recalling the order dated 17.01.2011 filed by the petitioner in Case No. RST 0633/2019, Computerized Case No. 20195415600000633, (Sukhai Vs. Ram Pravesh and others), u/s 48 (1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings act, within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble court. (ii) Issue any other suitable order or direction as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper. (iii) Award cost of the petition to the Petitione
