The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Second Appeal No.32 of 2008-2009 (Sita Ram vs. Rajpal and others), under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second appeal filed by respondent no.3 impleading the petitioners as opposite party is pending before the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj since 2008-2009. He further submitted that second appeal has been admitted and parties are served, as such, respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj be directed to decide the aforementioned second appeal within time bound period. 4.
