Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ of mandamus directing to the Consolidation Officer, Shahganj, District Jaunpur (Respondent No.-2) to deiced the Objection of the petitioners pending in the Case No.-10063 U/S-12 of U.P.C.H. Act., Mata Prasad and others versus Ram Milan and others, in the court of Consolidation Officer, Shahganj, District Jaunpur (Respondent No.-2) since 11.04.2025, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted that the proceedings under Section 12 of U.P.C.H. Act are pending consideration in pursuance of the remand order dated 21.10.1989 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation.
