Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the court of respondent no.2 to decide Case No. 687 (Manorama Devi Vs. Sursati Devi) U/s 9A(2) U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act within specified period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It has been submitted that objection under Section 9A(2) of UPCH Act is pending consideration in pursuance of the remand order dated 11.03.2025 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation. Till date, the objection has not been decided as per the direction issued by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, despite the fact that both the parties have already appeared and the case is ready for final adjudication. 4.
