Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2/Deputy Director of Consolidation Officer, Jaunpur to decide the Revision No.1205/2025 Computerized Case No.202554143600001792 (Ram Surat Vs. Jawahar Lal and Others) under Section 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act expeditiously as possible within short stipulated period, which is pending before Deputy Director Consolidtion Jaunpur respectively." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4.
