Instant writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 29.12.2025 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation in an appeal arising out of proceedings under Rule 109 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection qua maintainability of the instant writ petition assailing the order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation on the ground of availability of alternative remedy to approach before the superior court under the provisions of U.P.C.H. Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not refuted the objection raised by learned Standing Counsel. 4.
