Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel, and perused the record. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 05.02.2022 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation (in brevity 'SOC'). 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection with respect to the maintainability of the instant writ petition on the ground of availability of an alternative remedy to approach before the superior court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has admitted the existence of an alternative remedy to assail the order passed by the SOC. 5. In this conspectus, as above, instant writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable on the ground of availability of an alternative efficacious remedy to approach the Superior Court, as advised, under the law.
