Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Additional District Magistrate (Finance/Revenue) Division Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 484 of 2023) Computerized Case No.20235415600000484 (Jitendra Kumar Singh Vs.
