Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Consolidation Officer, Sadar-II, District-Azamgarh, to decide the Restoration Case No. 146, dated 07.04.2022, in Original Case No. 502, under Section Section 12 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, Rajdeyi Vs. Poonam and Others, of Gata No. 1663/3 Area 0.032 Hectare and 1663/2 Area 0.320 Hectare, situated in Village- Saraimohan, Pargana-Beladaulatabad, Tehsil Martinganj, District-Azamgarh (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition), expeditiously preferably within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4. In this conspec
