The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Hon'ble Member, Board of Revenue, Prayagraj to decide the Revision No.1730 of 2020 (Daya Shanker vs. State of U.P. and Others), pending before him since 9.11.2020, as expeditiously as possible" 3.
